Lets all do our part in keeping our little ones healthy! As the weather is changing make sure to dress your children accordingly. Starting the day with a healthy breakfast is also important as it gives them the energy and boost they need to focus at school and on grades.

The most important thing parents can do to help keep their children healthy during the school year is to make sure they wash their hands and cover their cough. These are just some small things to remind the children to do to help keep them healthy and at school.

If you have medication for your child to take at school it has to be in the original container with specific instructions and proper paperwork has to be filled out.

Let’s all do our part and keep the community healthy and happy!

Thank you - Nurse Rowe
