The Scurry-Rosser Elementary PTO is organized by the parents, teachers and staff of The Scurry-Rosser Elementary School. The purpose of the PTO is to enhance and support the educational experience at Scurry-Rosser Elementary School, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parental involvement, and to improve the environment at Scurry-Rosser Elementary School through volunteer and financial support.
