Inside the Wildcat Watch: New Playground Equipment

The new playground equipment has been installed and is in use! The equipment came from monies raised by the Scurry-Rosser Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) during the 2013-2014 school year. The PTO applied for grants, held a carnival and several other small fundraisers last year to raise over $15,000 for the new equipment. In addition, the Scurry-Rosser School Board assisted by providing funds for the ground covering and installation of the equipment.

Scurry-Rosser PTO would like to thank the Scurry-Rosser School Board of Trustees and all of the wonderful businesses that helped support the fundraising efforts. In addition, they would like to thank Terry Short, Tim Nevins, Shane Sampson and Mike Grucholski for working so hard to install the new equipment.
